seven years.
it's strange to think that i'm old enough to have been married for seven years.
when i take out pics from our wedding, it's strange to think that i'm looking at prints which have been developed from actual film, not a memory card.
my arms are skinnier and bryce has more hair.
it's no longer just us, but our family has doubled in size.
we've changed and those around us have changed. circumstances and situations have changed.
yet, we've managed to change alongside each other, and used those changes to grow together.
bryce knows me better than anyone, and i, him.
and that understanding brings me safety and comfort.
to know that he knows me at my worst and at my best, and loves me still the same.
although we often still feel like that same young couple, we are no longer the people we once were.
but some things are the same.
i remember looking up and seeing him there.
and he is there, still.
her majesty will live on.

that was really tender. isn't it amazing how love has no bounds? if we continually work at it, it will just keep growing, and growing, and growing...
