month one

can you believe my baby is already a whole month old?

neither can i.

she's changed so much already. and she's already showing off the beginnings of some fantastic fat rolls... my personal favorite look on babies. it's too bad we can't get a good family picture that shows her off well, she's just still too floppy.

we certainly have been busy all month long. getting into the swing of things, breaking up fights, keeping the house in order, keeping our laundry clean and everyone fed. and on top of it all, getting ready for christmas. i can't believe that i'm pretty much done with all the shopping. i didn't think i'd be able to do it this year, while recovering from baby and tending to a newborn, but somehow i did. not only that, but i managed to get our tree up, lights on the house, decorations throughout, santa visited, christmas cards made and mailed and few other fun little christmas activities with our family along the way. the rest of this week, i am dedicating to the last minute christmas fun that i have yet to cross off my list... including the wrapping of the presents. adele has decided now that she needs me more lately, so i'm hoping i'll be able to get at least some of those things crossed off.
