there are two versions to this story...
the long version, which is currently in draft form awaiting posting...
or the short version, which bryce wrapped up nicely in his own words: built a closet. took short cuts. it tore out of the wall. rebuilt it correctly.
i will only add that it happened to fall on top of me, literally seconds after bryce and i marveled at the finish product, as he tossed a bow-tie on the top shelf.
that damn bow-tie.

haha. oh no, diana, this is hilarious and totally scary at the same time. i can't believe it fell on top of you! are you ok? oh man...and are those the screws he used to secure the shelf? well no wonder it came crashing down...those are tiny! haha.
oh nicole, it was hilarious. but yes, only because somehow, the only thing that really hurt me was that black suitcase which bounced off my shoulder before landing where it is pictured.
i stood there in complete silence, just staring at it. looked over at bryce, who was awaiting my reaction and burst out laughing.
that'll teach him to not just use the screws he had on hand and take the time to buy the right ones. my gosh!
