happy birthday ava, baby.

i hope you enjoyed your day.  i did everything i could to make you feel special.  i hope that you did.

you're growing up so fast... too fast.  i'll be honest, i've been dreading the day that you would no longer be two.  it seems silly, but i loved calling you my little two year old.  now, you're a whole three years old.  three years since you were placed in my arms for the very first time.  it seems like such a long time ago, i can hardly remember life before you.  you have taught me so much in that little time.  i know i can't stop you from growing up, that time will eventually steal my little girl away, but i will fight for our time.  
our time to play together, laugh together, pretend together, imagine together, be little together.
