when i grow up, i totally want a pirate ship in my backyard.
every week we hit up a play group with a group of friends. we meet at the park or at someone's house and let the kids run around while the moms chat it up. this week, just to mix things up a bit, nicole offered to host play group at her sister-in-law's house she was tending at. she's told me a bit about this awesome backyard previously, so needless to say, we were so excited to finally get to see it in real life and play!
seriously, though, how amazing is this place?
a pirate ship tree house, complete with vintage pirate guns, a trap door, boat decks and even a real zip-line!

oh, and they have a trampoline.

ironically, ava played more on the trampoline than she did on the pirate ship.
and then, after a while of playing, she begged me to let her go play inside.
silly girl.

holy crap. that's a boys dream back yard. miles would have hyperventilated from the excitement.
(ps, i'm really excited that you're posting more. it's good to see you and your girls cute little mugs.)
That has got to be one of tghe coolest things I've seen in a long time! I bet that was sooo much fun!
seriously... weren't you just coveting the whole time you were there... more coveting for when you were a kid!
i would have lived in that thing! it was so sweet, and it wasn't all fluffy and kiddie, it was super rad.
i wish emmi was a little bigger so she could have experienced it. instead i had to watch her every move to make sure she wasn't falling down any holes. i did take her down the slide though... i was way to large for it so we didn't go very fast. haha.
i have a way better backyard, i have the Titanic replica...actually it's the real one! It includes Rose and Jack.
Beat that beotch!
If bryce is asking for my permission he can do it at the house you live in and then he can come and do one here where the unused pool is. When do you think he can get started over here?
