we had a busy and fun halloween weekend, but before i post about that i need to do a post about my sweet emaline, who turned five months old earlier this week.
if i had to describe emaline in one word it would be... happy. she truly is such a happy baby (except when i have a girls' night out and she is kept up past her bedtime) bryce and i always talk about what a pleasant baby she is and what a joy she is to have around. if she's crying, all i usually have to do is just look at her and she starts smiling. she loves her older sister and is so forgiving when ava loves her back a little too much. her thighs are squishy and chunky, her hair is full and crazy, and her arms and legs are always busy flailing and kicking. she has started grabbing toys, shaking them and just learning all about the world around her. i love to watch her big brown eyes gaze about, taking in everything. she is beautiful. she is lovely. we are so lucky she is ours to keep.

she's already 5 months? seriously, where does the time go? she is growing up way too fast...but what a little blessing she is. such a perfect addition to your sweet little family. we love you guys.
