for the past [almost] six years, bryce and i have managed to survive without cable. we simply got our fix at our parents' houses. but as of late, the temptation has been stronger and last week, we finally gave in.
we'd like you all to meet, the newest addition to our family...
our lil' cox bundle.

so now, since i've been missing out, what do you like to watch, what channel is it on? what do your kids like to watch? do tell, i wanna know!

i've been waiting patiently for this post...he's precious. i think i'll nickname him dr cox, after the cynically hilarious doctor on scrubs (r.i.p.). it seems appropriate.
noggin. channel 106. all day every day. now you can stop worrying about being a mom, because it practically raises your kids for you. you're welcome.
sprout channel is good for kids I am directtv so dont know what channel it is...but I love the closer and army wives(dont laugh) and reba reruns
I was going to say Noggin also, I like the cartoons the best and so does Brady
the six years you didn't have cable probably means I have thousands of hours of television on you.
welcome to the club.
Too funny Diana. My parents have never had cable and still don't 30 years later... it always killed me growing up.
I love HGTV (I think its channel 41).
HA HA! You guys are too funny! I need that LOL moment!
Sadly, we don't have cable and haven't since we've been married, but when I do go somewhere with it, I am prone to turn on the cooking channel and Justin goes for the History channel! Have fun with your new little addition!
all you need to know is Cash Cab on the Discovery Channel.
Hallmark, Lifetime and the game show network is all you need, even for ava and emaline.
For the Kids... 8PBS,35DISNEY,106NOGGIN. I only watch Friends...(I'm totally lame) Adam watches 23, 62) So do you know Bekah Dannenberg? And Kris & Sarah Heap???
Wow, there's too many to mention....can't wait for the fall!
that is so funny... cody and i had 'free' cable for about 8 months. we finally got a phone line set up so now we are paying for it... but once you have cable you can't go back. we got addicted to too many shows.
our favorites are mostly on BRAVO -channel 60
flipping out
top chef
project runway & shear genius(those are more me than cody) haha
next week is definitely good for me... my schedule is super open right now, my work just shut down and is in the process of merging with another company, so pretty much anytime is good for us!! can't wait to come visit.
I watch pretty much anything on Bravo, like Natalie. You totally have to get into Project Runway
Flipping out is always good for a laugh, Top Chef is my fav
I also like TLC -
What not to Wear - I secretly want to dress like a slob for two weeks while they take 'secret footage', just so I can get a new wardrobe - whatya think, would you be willing to be one of the people that vouches that I'm a terrible dresser and in dire need of a makeover?
Jon & Kate plus 8 - this ALWAYS makes me feel better. If i'm having a bad day with the girls 20 minutes watching it, and suddenly my burden seems very light.
Mythbusters on Discovery 23 is a must
and last but not least, my favorite TV designer Candice Olsen on Divine Design on HGTV 41 or 42
Happy Viewing
