after church on sunday, ava told us she didn't want to wear her church dress anymore, so we let her change. she chose her entire ensemble herself, from her hat down to her glass slippers. i especially love the stripes and polka dot combo she has going on. that striped shirt is definitely her all-time favorite shirt. she asks to wear it at least once a week. and the day she wears it she insists on wearing it to bed. i fear the day that it no longer fits... although, i'm sure she'll still insist on wearing it then. good thing it's nice and stretchy.

that's kind of like my fashion sense... wearing all of your favorite articles of clothing and not caring if the 'go' together or not. just feeling beautiful because you are comfortable.
