when life gives you lemons...

...make lemonade!
as of yesterday, i have officially entered my 2nd trimester. according to my baby center bulletin, my baby has grown to the size of a lemon. i was hoping by now that my queasy days would be over but alas, they are still hanging around. i can't complain because i do feel better than i did in the beginning and of course i don't feel anywhere near as badly as i did with my first pregnancy, i just can't wait for this nausea to subside. i do finally feel well enough to actually make plans with people without fearing that i'll flake out due to an exceptionally bad day, and socializing is just what ava and i need. bryce and i are so excited to find out what we're having, almost more excited than we were when i was pregnant with ava. because this pregnancy has been a night and day difference to my first, i'm convinced it's a boy, but something deep inside is telling me it's a girl. i never had any inklings of the gender of my first baby so this is new. bryce says that it's usually the opposite of what the mom feels like it is, so we're stumped. only time will tell!

randomness... this is an old video but it is one of my all-time favorite you tube videos. although, i do feel sorry for the poor kid, it still brings me to tears of laughter every time i watch it. make sure you watch it with the sound on, the laughing lady is what gets me every time. enjoy.

with my second I cuold swear it was a boy told my mom and I was carring different and then low and behood it was agirl (plus dairy made me sick with her and not the first) this third time I swore that if it was a girl I would really think twice before doing it again because it has been totally different again and it went from free and easy the first to harder and harder...good luck too you!

That is my favorite video!! Breck and I used to watch it over and over and laugh our heads off... then we would feel guilty and repent of our meanness. BTW Breck told me today that they changed the LeSueur thing to next month.

I'm so glad you are feeling better. I can't wait to get the girls together...Ava needs to warm up to us.
Way funny video. Did the lady not have any idea that the kid way really slipping out of his harness? I couldn't tell if that was the reason she was laughing or not. Hilarious.

Janice!! Janice!! Oh man. I've never seen that before. That's my new exclamation phrase. "Oh Janice! It hurts!"

How sad.

Haha, and good save Chelsea.. if you had let that misuse of the word "no" go without correcting it, Diana's universe would be in limbo until something was done.

BTW, my friend Steven and I have a blog (not as cool and personal and friendly as these ones) at www.theblankettruth.com. we basically complain about movies and politics. we like to think it's fun to read.

and just to make this comment ridiculously long, I have to say.. since no Dentons have had a boy since Zach, I really hope yours is a boy. Cause I'm worried about little Z-boy. Haha. jk.

Diana, that is the funniest video. Tessa wanted to watch it over and over. I just saw your website. You are so amazing. I can not believe you made those baby clothes! They are adorable. Congrats on attempting the second child. Beware of number two.

do you feel a little evil for thinking someone on the verge of death is funny? just asking.
