saturday's boutique went well. by the afternoon, i was tired, hot and quite exhausted, but i'm glad i sold at it, it's always nice to get exposure to new customers. it was nice to downsize a little from my previous boutiques and to take it easy a little bit. i sold lots of items and was able to clear out more of my inventory. i still have items for sale so if you're heading off to a baby shower or looking for something for the little one in your life, contact me.
i'm starting to get really uncomfortable in this last month of my pregnancy. i feel like someone grabbed each one of my legs and yanked them apart, wish-bone style. getting up and down from the ground is a feat which i know i look ridiculous attempting. i'm queasy in the mornings again, my stomach acid is being produced at an all-time high, my back is terribly sore and i can't take a nap for the life of me, no matter how tired i am. but truly... i am grateful. i love this wonderful opportunity i have to carry our children. i have enjoyed this pregnancy so much, especially since i've been much more comfortable than my first pregnancy. (no worries ava, you were absolutely worth it.) it's such an amazing miracle and i feel so very blessed to be able to experience it all.
ava loves to lift up my shirt and see "mommy's baby". when we ask her where mommy's baby is she'll immediately run to me and softly pat my belly, sometimes she'll even give my belly kisses and hugs. we tell her she's going to have a sister and tell her that her sister is in mommy's belly, which has now turned into her thinking that "mommy's sister" is in my belly and "ava's sister" is in hers. she even tells daddy that "daddy's sister" is in my belly, too. we're still working on straightening that one out.

you sure look cute prego though diana. by this stage my face was swollen and puffy. as was every other part of me.
and actually... I need a new diaper and whipes case. I broke mine... I will check out the website?
I love the whole momma's sister and ava's sister thing. She is so darling. And you are darling too. Seriously Diana, you look amazing pregnant. It's true...your face doesn't look swollen or puffy at all. When I was pregnant...well...I looked a little bit like a walrus.

it's going to come so much faster than you think. and then she'll be crawling after ava in no time. it's sad how much faster the 2nd one grows up. i feel like i missed so much of elliot just being a baby.
That is so cute about Ava & your belly. I wish I would have made it down to the spring fling. My Saturday just filled up way too quickly!
