ava's latest thing is to dip her food in things. whenever we go to a mexican restaurant, she likes to dip her chips in the salsa or guacamole. now she enjoys dipping her chicken in ketchup. i'm probably biased because i'm her mom, but i think it is the cutest thing. see for yourself.
ava also enjoys sharing her food with us. she offers us bites of her half eaten snacks and meals. it's really funny, especially when she sticks the food in her mouth first and then tries to pawn it off on us. i usually politely decline. when bryce is put in charge of feeding ava, it usually amounts to a messy experience. i fixed ava some food last night and put bryce in charge of feeding it to her. my back has been hurting all weekend and i needed to lay down. this is what ava looked like five minutes later. please note that i had given bryce a fork to guide ava with.
she later sneezed out a grain of rice.

well, we usually let her dip stuff in straight syrup, but we were out.
who taught her to double dip???? that's repulsive.
Dipping is the cutest. The children's place at superstition didnt have as cute of stuff by the time I went on Monday. I did get Charlotte matching jean capris to Ava's and I love them-even though you said you'd be mad. I was also hoping to find the brown striped shirt, but no luck. I got her some sunglasses and another shirt though.
